Tent Warranties
Our tents come with a 48-month warranty covering structural integrity. This warranty excludes damages from severe weather conditions (e.g., fallen trees) or human intervention. We cover material defects and proper initial setup. Tents are durable year-round, with no need for winter storage.
Shipping Methods
Shipping is available via transport companies, with an additional fee. For a sufficient number of units, we offer nationwide installation by arrangement. Ready-to-ship tents are dispatched within five business days.
Payment Options for Tents
Upon placing an order, a 50% deposit is required for raw materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of construction, after which the products are shipped. Transportation and installation costs are extra and optional.
