Hotel Soundproof Door
The soundproof door must provide excellent sound insulation and vibration damping performance. The design and assembly of its components must take damping effects into account to ensure that the door itself does not generate noise.

## Hotel Soundproof Floor
Reducing impact noise through vibration damping layers is a widely recognized and cost-effective flooring soundproofing method.
For wooden floors, install the Soundbox Vibration Damping and Sound Insulation Mat (G3P / G6P / G12P) directly underneath.
For tiled floors, install the same mat below the screed layer (cement thickness should exceed 50 mm).
### Product Information
Product Name:
Vibration Damping and Sound Insulation Mat
Model:
G3P / G6P
Specifications:
G3P: W610 × L16000 × Thickness 3.0 mm
G6P: W610 × L8000 × Thickness 6.0 mm
Weight:
20 kg per roll
The OFF Vibration Damping and Sound Insulation Mat uses eco-friendly SBR/PU adhesive as its base material.
The flexible SBR foam with micro-cells provides excellent physical durability, memory elasticity, strong adhesion, and broad damping capacity — effectively reducing sound transmission.
When fully covering the floor surface, it evenly distributes pressure, provides stable support, and absorbs impact noise while breaking sound bridges in wood or tile floor systems.
Its moisture-resistant composition prevents deterioration, mold, and corrosion in humid environments and emits no harmful gases, making it highly eco-friendly.

## Hotel Soundproof Ceiling
Ceiling Between Floors
Impact noise from upper floors — such as children playing, dropping objects, or moving furniture — can be significantly reduced with the proper soundproof ceiling structure.
This ceiling design, supported by a standard steel keel system, weighs less than 50 kg/m² and consists of:
1. 10–12 mm calcium silicate boards as the base layer, fixed to the steel frame.
2. Soundbox Sound Insulation Felt between the base and surface layers.
3. 10–12 mm gypsum board as the top surface, forming a sandwich-type structure.
4. Soundbox Sound-Absorbing Wool filling the inner cavity for enhanced absorption.
The calcium silicate boards and gypsum boards are installed in a staggered pattern to improve noise isolation, and all seams are carefully sealed with Sound Insulation Glue 600 to ensure airtightness and maximum acoustic performance.

## Hotel Air Duct Soundproofing Solutions
Water pipe noise cannot be effectively insulated with traditional cotton wrapping, as the sound originates from vibrations caused by water striking the pipe walls.
The correct solution is to use vibration damping insulation material.
The F100 Sound Insulation and Vibration Damping Felt is specifically designed for pipe wrapping.
With excellent vibration absorption, it changes the resonance frequency of the pipe, thereby reducing noise at its source.
### Application Instructions
1. Clean and dry the pipe surface thoroughly before application.
2. Apply 1 to 3 layers, depending on insulation requirements.
3. Each additional layer increases total thickness by 2 mm.
4. Doubling the layers improves sound insulation by approximately 3 dB(A).

## Hotel Exhaust Fan Soundproofing Solutions
As with water pipes, traditional cotton insulation is ineffective for duct noise.
The F100 Sound Insulation and Vibration Damping Felt should also be used for fan ducts, reducing vibration noise directly at the source.
### Application Instructions
1. Clean and dry the surface before wrapping.
2. Apply 1 to 3 layers depending on required insulation level.
3. Each layer adds 2 mm to thickness.
4. Doubling the layers increases noise reduction by approximately 3 dB(A).
