Triangle Wooden House

It includes two bedroom areas, a toilet, a storage space, and a living room and kitchen area. Electrical and plumbing installations are included within the structure’s frames. Transportation costs are not included.

The price does not include the concrete base. It is made from Finnish curved wood. The transportation to your location is an additional cost. As a prefabricated accommodation, you do not pay social security contributions.

**Cost of Complete Wooden Triangular House:**

The cost is €1,000 per square meter plus VAT, which includes electrical and plumbing installation along with bathroom tiles, kitchen, laminate flooring, and frames.

For construction, we procure the materials, do the preparatory work, and set it up locally at your site. It does not come ready as a prefabricated house.

The roof is made of asphalt shingles with stone wool insulation and double wall construction all around.

**Purchase Process:**
We set up an appointment at our office in Thessaloniki, where you tell us your needs and the square meters you want or provide the layout based on the building permit you have obtained. You can then see it set up in person. Construction and delivery start in approximately two months.
