It comes ready with installed electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as a complete bathroom, kitchen, and living room. When you receive it, you will not need to assemble anything except for the connections to the electricity, water, biological system, or septic tank.

Ordering

The Bnb house comes ready, and we have a minimum order of 2 units, which fit into 2 containers (12 m each). You can order one Bnb house in the larger model, which measures 11.6 m x 2.25 m. Additionally, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due upon shipping from Thessaloniki.

Shipping Method

The house is placed in a container and arrives ready. The minimum order is either 2 small units or one large unit that fits into one large container. Upon arrival, a crane will be needed to place it.
