Glamping accommodations like our Almond and Dome models can be placed in the outdoor areas of a hotel property. These structures do not count towards the total building area, as they do not require a building permit. For operational licensing, properties in category 3 or higher can also obtain a special glamping certification. This makes it a highly attractive investment with the potential for rapid return, often within the first year.
