Wooden House

The Wooden House can be constructed according to your needs in square meters based on the layout provided by your engineer.

It includes one or two bedroom spaces, a bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen, but does not include plumbing, electrical work, or furniture. Electrical and plumbing installations within the construction framework can be provided by our company at an additional cost. Transportation costs are not included.

Wooden House Cost

– The cost is **€487 per sqm** plus VAT.
– This price does not include the concrete foundation and frames.
– Price with electrical and plumbing installations and a bathroom: **€750 per sqm** plus VAT.

If a loft is built inside with a staircase, the cost of construction will be counted as extra square meters.

For the construction, we procure the materials and assemble them locally at your site. It does not come pre-fabricated like a modular house.

The roof is made of asphalt shingles with stone wool insulation and double wall construction.

– We manage accommodations on sharing platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.
– For a minimum number of accommodations, we undertake additional tasks (electrical work, plumbing, drywall, etc.)!
– We provide ISO and CE certifications for the overall construction and for individual materials.
